What We Can Help With
- Login, phone number, password, Apple sign-in, or LINE connection problems.
- Appointment booking, appointment changes, cancellation questions, and queue updates.
- Package balance, treatment history, payment slip, receipt, or billing record questions.
- Privacy questions, data correction requests, and account deletion requests.
- App crashes, notification problems, or any feature that does not work as expected.
Account Deletion
In the app, open Profile > Request account deletion. You can also call the clinic and ask staff to help you submit or review the request. Some medical, billing, consent, audit, or legal records may need to be retained after app access is removed.
Medical or Urgent Issues
The SiamDerm app is not an emergency service. For urgent medical issues, contact the clinic directly by phone or seek appropriate emergency care.
