• To provide app features including login, appointment booking, queue updates, package visibility, referral links, and clinic notifications.
• To support clinical care, patient identification, clinic administration, billing, audit, safety, and legal or medical record obligations.
• To respond to support, privacy, security, and account deletion requests.
• To maintain app reliability, prevent abuse, and protect patient and clinic records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not use the app for third-party advertising tracking. Personal data may be handled by clinic staff and trusted service providers that help operate authentication, database hosting, notifications, app distribution, analytics needed for reliability, and support workflows. We may disclose information when required for medical, legal, regulatory, security, or billing purposes.

Retention and Account Deletion

Patients may request account deletion in the app from Profile > Request account deletion, or by contacting the clinic. App-only artifacts such as authentication links, push tokens, and app access can be removed after clinic review. Medical, legal, billing, audit, consent, and clinic care records may be retained when required for healthcare operations or applicable obligations.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated sessions, audit logs, and operational safeguards appropriate for a clinic application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so patients should keep their device and login credentials protected.
